Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SecureSpan Bell Gardens Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who wishes to access or use our fence installation and repair services in Bell Gardens, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

SecureSpan Bell Gardens Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Residential and commercial fence installation
  • Fence repair and maintenance
  • Wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum fencing
  • Pool fencing and safety barriers
  • Free estimates and consultations

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability may vary based on location, materials, and project requirements.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information you give us at the time of the estimate. The final price may change if project conditions differ from what was originally discussed. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has clear access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, landscaping, or property features that were not disclosed to us before work began.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor warranties vary by project type and will be detailed in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and will be passed on to you.

Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or damage caused by extreme weather events are not covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

SecureSpan Bell Gardens Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

We carry general liability insurance for your protection. You will be notified if any damage occurs to your property during the course of our work, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring that your fence project complies with local building codes, HOA rules, and property line regulations. We can assist with permit applications upon request.

If work is performed without required permits at your request, you assume all responsibility for any violations or fines.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
